We process our trout on Mondays and Wednesday and they’re iced and fresh to market the very next day. We sell our fresh fish in a range of table sizes, packed in 10 kg and 20 kg cartons, with 5 kg cartons available with a price agreement.
We can grow and supply large fish to order.
We supply to wholesalers, distributors but will also supply direct to retailers and restaurants depending on quantity and regular supply. Ask us about the benefits of entering into a contract supply arrangement.
